Each plan includes a dedicated DevOps/SRE team, CI/CD pipeline management, infrastructure as Code, and incident management. Higher tiers add more team hours, dedicated leads, and advanced features.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
The 24/7 SRE add-on provides round-the-clock on-call engineers with a 15-minute SLA reaction time. It can be added to any Starter, Growth, or Enterprise plan.
Additional hours beyond your plan's allocation are billed at $60/hr. We will notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly hours.
For LLM and DWH services, the initial setup and configuration is billed at $50/hr (Time & Material). Once your infrastructure is running, we transition to a monthly subscription for ongoing management and support.
